How to request an ArcGIS License ?

Please note that we are procuring ArcGIS licenses through UN DMA terms with Vendor ESRI.

Please open a Request/Ticket to ask for a quote, prior to creating the PR.

Mention the type of license you want and quantity, and we will ask the vendor for a dedicated quote.

Include the following details to facilitate the quotation process:

1. Exact name of the ArcGIS license being requested.

2. Physical address of the mission where the license will be delivered and installed.

3. Telephone number of the mission or the designated user.

4. End user's full name (First and Last Name).

5. End user's email address (must be within the IOM domain).

6. Specify whether the request is for a new license or a renewal.

Once the above information is submitted, ICT Procurement will request a quote from the vendor and forward it to the mission/requestor.

The requestor/mission will then raise a Purchase Request (PR) in WAVE and assign it to VITC-CH9A for processing.
